The Political and Constitutional Reform Committee continued its scrutiny of the processes by which Parliament and Government can ensure standards in the quality of legislation receiving evidence from The Rt Hon Nick Raynsford MP, Lord Maclennan of Rogart and Lord Norton of Louth.

The Public Administration Select Committee (PASC) has called for evidence on public engagement in policy-making. PASC is conducting an inquiry into public engagement in policy-making, particularly the use of digital platforms to promote direct public participation.
