Senior Campaigner: Emily Randall
Emily is responsible for developing and the delivery of all our major campaigns. She leads on our support for local activism including setting up groups and building our student network. You can also get in touch with Emily for advice on organising events, and if you want to volunteer with Unlock Democracy campaigns and research team.
Policy and Research Officer: Pete Mills
Pete is responsible for implementing Unlock Democracy’s parliamentary and political strategy and ensures that our campaigns have a strong evidence base. He is also the main contact for enquiries regarding Vote Match, including partnerships and sponsorship.

Communications and Projects Officer: Matthew Oliver
Matthew is a Press and Project Manager and National Coordinator for Vote Match. He works on our parliamentary campaigns, organises Unlock Democracy’s parliamentary events and liaises with the press. Matthew is available for speaker engagements on VoteMatch. He is the main contact for enquiries regarding VoteMatch partnerships and sponsorship.
Osman Mustafa and Margaret Matthews share the finance role. They are responsible for the day to day finance work, including the preparation of the annual budget, regular management accounts and the year-end accounts.

Grants Officer and Local Works Projects Officer: Daniel Flanagan
Dan deals with grant fundraising for the organisation and manages the projects of Local Works. Get in touch with Dan for any queries about the Sustainable Communities Act and policy matters or for membership and fundraising enquiries concerning Local Works.
Local Works Coordinator: Steve Shaw
Steve spent 4 years as Co-ordinator of the Local Works coalition that campaigned for the Sustainable Communities Bill to become law as the Sustainable Communities Act 2007. He now co-ordinates the promotion of the Act across the country.

Local Works Outreach Officer: Ameneh Enayat
Ameneh is responsible for building links with under-represented groups and inspiring them to use the Sustainable Communities Act. She has substantial outreach experience and has delivered a range of public engagement projects for the BBC and various arts charities. Talk to Ameneh if you are interested in her meeting with your organisation.

Membership Officer: John Franglen
John is responsible for dealing with supporting, growing and developing Unlock Democracy's membership. He deals with new memberships, membership queries or problems and with areas relating to Unlock Democracy's internal democracy.
