- all the male/female constraints fell naturally rather than any candidates requiring to be protected
- only one BAME candidate (Finola Kelly) is elected in the constituencies – of the three remaining BAME candidates Owais Rajput received the highest actual number votes (9)

Rodell Properties Ltd Board of Directors
The following people were elected to the Rodell Properties Ltd Board of Directors for 2012-2016:
- BECHLER, Rosemary (4 year term)
- CARRIGAN, Chris (2 year term)
- CARTER, Stephen (2 year term)
- HILL, Stuart (4 year term)
Please note the following:
- all the male/female constraints fell naturally rather than any candidates requiring to be protected.
- three other members of the Board of Directors shall be appointed by the Unlock Democracy Management Board and no member may serve both as a member of the Management Board and a directly elected member of the Rodell Board of Directors. If any member accepts a place on the Management Board, the election shall be recounted.
