Magna Carta Project Co-Ordinator

Are you interested in starting a national debate about our democracy, rights and freedoms?

Unlock Democracy is looking for an experienced project manager to run its Magna Carta project until October 2015.  You will be  training activists, organising regional and national events and working within a coalition to talk about what is in the Magna Carta and our democracy today.

The closing date for applications is midnight on 31st August and interviews will be held on Monday 8th September in central London.

Finance Manager

Unlock Democracy also has a wholly owned subsidiary, Rodell Properties Limited which owns two properties. These are currently both let out to a small number of tenants.
  
We are looking for a Finance Manager who can support the Director in managing the organisation's finances. This is a varied role which includes financial management and financial reporting. This includes budgets, cash flow forecasts, management accounts, annual accounts and day to day management of the finance function. This is a role where your finance skills can make a real difference, helping a campaigning organisation to punch above its weight.

The post of Finance Manager was previously a Job Share role, and could continue to run in that way if so desired, but for the present it has been treated as a single role. If it continued to be job-share detailed terms and conditions would be given to each person who job shared the role.
