Terms and conditions
The prize draw is managed by Unlock Democracy, Company Registration No.02440899.
Everyone who completes our supporter survey between 22 August and 6 September 2019 and sumits an entry containing their name and email address will be entered into a prize draw to win a copy of Moneyland by Oliver Bulloughs.
No other means of entry will be accepted.
There is no charge for entering the prize draw, no money is exchanged.
Respondents will be entered into the prize draw by providing their name and email address, and submitting the survey.
The closing date for entry to the prize draw is noon on 6 September 2019.
There are 5 prizes available. Each one is a copy of the book Moneyland by Oliver Bulloughs.
The prize value will not exceed £20. Prize to be redeemed during September 2019.
All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or changed. There are no cash alternatives.
Entry is restricted to individuals who take our 2019 supporter survey.
There is strictly one entry allowed per person.
Unlock Democracy employees and their immediate families may not apply, nor may anyone else directly associated with the competition.
Independence of the Draw:
The draw will be independently supervised and the winner picked at random from all the entries.
The winner will be notified by email within one month of the closing date 6 September 2019. If any winner has not responded within three weeks of receipt of the email or decides they do not want the prize, another draw under the same terms as the first draw will take place until the prize is awarded.

All entries will be added to our database for retrieval at the closing date time. We cannot accept any responsibility for incomplete, lost, delayed or damaged entries.
Retention of Terms and Conditions:
The free prize draw terms and conditions are available on request by calling or on our website. Should the terms and conditions be
amended, these avenues will be updated for entrants review. If printed, this is not a controlled document.
It is a condition of entry that all terms and conditions are adhered to. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Unlock Democracy will only process the personal data you have provided to administer the prize draw, including responding to enquiries, and will retain entrant details for monitoring and analysis. Even when the entrant has opted in to future contact from they may only use those details to provide further information on campaigns and news.
The name of the winner(s) will be available by contacting Unlock Democracy two months after the closing date.
English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
