Election Maps UK Nowcast projection

The latest Election Maps Nowcast shows that Reform UK would win 174 more seats than Labour, despite only being 6.2% ahead of them.

Reform UK would be near certain to form the next Government, despite winning less than 3 in 10 voters. Elsewhere, the Nowcast shows the Conservatives coming 5th in seats, but 3rd in votes. The SNP would have 14 more seats than the Conservatives, despite the Conservatives winning six times as many votes.

Plaid Cymru win more seats than the Green Party, despite the Green Party winning more than 8 times as many votes.

It’s clear to see that our First Past The Post electoral system doesn’t work in this multi-politics world. It’s time to change it!
