Election Maps UK Nowcast projection

The Election Maps UK Nowcast for 25th May shows Reform UK close to forming a majority Government with less than 30% of the vote.

They would have nearly 200 more seats than Labour in 2nd place, despite only winning 7.3% more of the vote. The Conservatives would be in 5th place in seats in Parliament despite finishing 3rd in votes.

The SNP would win more seats than the Conservatives, even though the Conservatives would win more than 5 times as many votes.

First Past The Post is clearly benefiting Reform UK and the nationalist parties in Scotland and Wales. It is crushing both the Conservatives and Green Party.

It’s clear our voting system can’t cope with the multi-party politics we have today. It’s time for change.
