Register Every Voter
Our campaign for Automatic Voter Registration
Over 6 million eligible UK citizens are not signed up to vote. Their voice goes completely unheard in our politics.
Unregistered voters are most likely to be young people, renters and ethnic minority voters. We believe every voter should be registered.
Automatic voter registration is already in use in dozens of democracies around the world, including Canada and Australia.
The Representation of the People Bill will introduce Automatic Voter Registration, but there’s talk of limited testing instead of a full rollout.
The Government must commit to a timeline for implementing Automatic Voter Registration BEFORE the next General Election. Otherwise millions will be locked out of democracy for almost another decade.
Let's catch up with the rest of the world and get millions of missing voters signed up to vote.
