Change of Director's Job Title Constitutional Amendment

An explanation for this change (changing the Director’s job title to CEO or Chief Executive Officer), and the detailed changes that will be required to the constitution to effect this change, are set out in the document which follows:

This amendment will require a two thirds majority at the AGM to be passed.
